This Cutting Edge film reveals Britain's most avid trip advisors and meets some of the hoteliers and restaurateurs at war with the site because of nit-picking and abusive reviews.
WEDNESDAY Great British Food Revival BBC2, 8pm The series championing British produce continues with John Torode beefing up the reputation of British beef. In Scotland he meets a farmer who breeds Aberdeen Angus cattle, before showing us his favourite beef dishes. Also, Valentine Warner supports domestic cockles and mussels.
WEDNESDAY Frozen Planet BBC1, 9pm Spring has sprung in the polar regions as this epic, brilliantly-filmed wildlife series continues. With the return of the sun, the greatest seasonal transformation of the planet is under way. Male Adelie penguins arrive in Antarctica to build nests and in the Arctic a polar bear hunts with her cubs.
