Polymer company HEXPOL AB (STO:HPOLB) announced on Monday that its board of directors has proposed that the Annual General Meeting 2015 resolves on a share split.

According to the company, the purpose of this share split is to facilitate the trade in the company's listed shares at Nasdaq Stockholm,

This share split is to increase the number of shares in the company by dividing every share, regardless of share series, into ten (10) shares of the same series. The record date for the share split has been proposed as 19 May 2015.

Also, HEXPOL's board will propose the Annual General Meeting to, with the purpose to adapt the limits of the number of shares, change the second and third paragraphs of section four in the articles of association to be able to do the share split.
