HERTZ AND ISSC SIGN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AGREEMENT

 TARRYTOWN, N.Y., March 30 /PRNewswire/ -- The Hertz Corporation and Integrated Systems Solutions Corporation (ISSC) today announced the signing of a five-year agreement for ISSC to provide Hertz with a variety of information technology services.
 Under the announced technology alliance, ISSC will assume responsibility for systems operations, selected application development and maintenance support of IBM mainframes at the Hertz Data Center in Oklahoma City.

 Hertz, the world's largest car rental company, has more than 5,000 locations in approximately 130 countries with a worldwide fleet of 420,000 vehicles. Headquartered in Park Ridge, N.J., the company is celebrating its 75th anniversary.
 ISSC is a premier provider of information technology services to more than 2,000 clients in the United States. Founded in 1991, it provides innovative and total enterprise information technology solutions including: systems integration; systems management and industry consulting; application software development/maintenance; business recovery services; voice and data networking; and systems operations. ISSC, a wholly owned subsidiary of IBM (NYSE: IBM), is headquartered in Tarrytown.
