HEALTHINFUSION, INC. ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF DICKSON RESEARCH GROUP

 MIAMI, Sept. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- HealthInfusion, Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS: HINF) today announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Dickson Research Group (DRG), a Pharmaceutical Contract Research Organization (CRO), with its headquarters in Berwyn, Pa. Closing is expected in October 1993.
 Established in 1990, Dickson Research Group, utilizing the scientific credentials and reputations of its senior management has already established itself as a respected force in pharmaceutical clinical development. During this time DRG has developed a broad base of client companies including several large pharmaceutical manufacturers. Revenues for 1993 are expected to be approximately $5 million. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
