HARVARD INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCES NEW PRESIDENT

 VANCOUVER, British Columbia, April 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Harvard International Technologies Ltd. (Vancouver: HIT) announced that Edgar F. Kaiser Jr. has assumed the position of president and chief executive officer of the company. Kaiser succeeds Neil Balter, who has assumed the position of director, president and chief executive officer of Harvard's wholly owned marketing subsidiary, Harvard Capital International Corp., a Barbados company. Commensurate with his new international responsibilities, Balter has also resigned as a director of Harvard International Technologies Ltd. Balter will be establishing corporate offices in Barbados and commencing international operations there immediately.
 The company owns an exclusive license to manufacture, market, distribute and operate a proprietary French fry vending system, Spud Stop(TM).
