HARSCO CORPORATION ANNOUNCES CASH DIVIDEND

 HARRISBURG, Pa., June 22 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Harsco Corporation (NYSE: HSC) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 35 cents per share, payable Aug. 13, 1993, to shareholders of record on July 15.
 Harsco has paid dividends at the same or at an increased rate since 1939. The August payment will be the 173rd dividend Harsco has paid to its shareholders.
 Harsco Corporation is a diversified industrial manufacturing and service company headquartered in Camp Hill, Pa. Harsco's 11 divisions provide products and services for defense, industrial, commercial and construction applications from more than 100 major facilities in the United States and 12 foreign countries.
