HAROLD B. SIEGEL, MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS

 CLEARWATER, Fla., Oct. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Harold B. Siegel, chief executive officer and chairman of the board of directors of Medical Technology Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS: MSYS) passed away unexpectedly early Wednesday morning, Oct. 20, 1993. Michael T. Cronin, general counsel to the company, announced that as part of the company's long term strategic plan, Todd E. Siegel, the son of Mr. Siegel, will succeed to the position of chief executive officer and chairman of the board. The employees and stockholders have the assurance of knowing that the company's business will continue on an uninterrupted basis due to the firm foundation and orderly succession plan created by Mr. Siegel for the future growth and success of MTS.
