 HARN RESIGNS AS PRESIDENT, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER AT R.G. BARRY
 PICKERINGTON, Ohio, Jan. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- R.G. Barry Corporation (AMEX: RGB) today announced that its president and chief operating officer, Wade M. Harn, has resigned as an officer, director and employee of the company effective Jan. 13, 1992.
 Harn is leaving R.G. Barry to pursue other business and personal interests. His title and responsibilities will be assumed by Gordon Zacks, chairman and chief executive officer of the footwear firm.
