HAMMER'S PLASTIC RECYCLING CORP. ESTABLISHES WEST COAST OPERATION

 LOS ANGELES, Nov. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Hammer's Plastic Recycling Corp. (NASDAQ: HAMR) ("company") announced today that it has expanded by leasing a West Coast plastic recycling facility in Los Angeles. A new wholly owned subsidiary will do business as Hammer's California Recycling (HCR) in a 50,000-square-foot office and factory containing state-of-the-art continuous extrusion lines. The California facility is running two shifts per day.
 Production has been completed for all materials needed for a test installation by California Transportation Authority (CalTran) of a 100- foot sound wall. This test wall should be installed within the next two weeks along the northbound exit ramp off the Interstate 5 Freeway at Grand Avenue in Orange County. This will be the first sound wall produced from commingled recycled plastic material to be installed in California.
 Floyd Hammer, president of the company, stated, "We believe this expansion gives us a unique position and opportunity as the only major plastic lumber manufacturer on the West Coast. Furthermore, it opens up opportunities in the Pacific Rim market."
 Hammer's Plastic Recycling Corp. is engaged in the recycling business through the manufacture and sale of various recycled plastic products produced from commingled plastic scrap and waste utilizing its proprietary process. Some of the products include marine pilings, sound walls, park and picnic benches, landscape timbers and plastic lumber. The company is headquartered and has its main plant in Iowa Falls, Iowa. The common stock and warrants of the company trade on NASDAQ Small Cap Market under the symbols HAMR, HAMRW, and HAMRZ, respectively.
