HAMBURGER HAMLET OPENS NEW RESTAURANT IN LONG BEACH, CALIF.
SHERMAN OAKS, Calif., June 30 /PRNewswire/ -- A new Hamburger Hamlet was opened June 22, in Long Beach, Calif., announced Thomas A. McFall, chairman and chief executive officer. It is the second new store of 1993, and brings the total number of restaurants to 33. "The Long Beach store opening exceeded our projections," said McFall. "We expect it to be a very successful location. Long Beach is a densely populated area, and the restaurant is easily accessible to residents and the local business community. "Long Beach represents the new Hamburger Hamlet flagship store," McFall continued. "We introduced our new interior finish and art package. Its appearance is attractive and inviting. We expect our guests to be very comfortable here. "We are also pleased to report that our Glenview, Ill. store, opened June 8, is exceeding our expectations," McFall said.
