HALLIBURTON 1993 FOURTH QUARTER DIVIDEND

 DALLAS, Nov. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Halliburton Company (NYSE: HAL) announced today that its board of directors has declared a 1993 fourth quarter dividend of 25 cents a share on the company's common stock, payable Dec. 22, 1993, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 1, 1993.
