HAKO MINUTEMAN RAISES DIVIDEND 16.7 PERCENT ADDISON, Ill., Jan. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Hako Minuteman, Inc.
(NASDAQ-NMS: HAKO), said today its board of directors has voted to raise the company's dividend from 6 cents to 7 cents per share, an increase of 16.7 percent. The dividend is payable Feb. 14, 1992, to shareholders of record on Jan. 31, 1992.
President and Chief Executive Officer Jerome E. Rau said the dividend hike reflects management's determination to share its higher earnings with shareholders and its confidence in the future growth of the company.
