 HADRON APPOINTS GEDULDIG AS PRESIDENT AND CEO
 FAIRFAX, Va., Feb. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Hadron, Inc. (NASDAQ: HDRN)


today announced that effective immediately, Dwight Geduldig has been appointed president and chief executive officer, succeeding James L. Arnold. Geduldig has been a director of Hadron since May 1991.
 Geduldig's career combines more than 40 years of management and corporate expertise, primarily in the health care and information industries, with extensive government experience. He previously worked for the American Hospital Association and San Francisco Bay area newspapers. At the American Hospital Association, he was director of federal legislation.
 Geduldig's career also encompasses the government sector including positions as director of Medicaid, director of Employment, and under secretary of Health & Welfare in the state of California under then-Gov. Ronald Reagan. He was also legislative director for former Sen. Richard Schwelker. Geduldig has specialized in government relations in the health care industry.
 Geduldig said: "Hadron has recently returned to profitability. Now we intend to move Hadron more rapidly forward into broader areas of contract procurement.
 "During the coming year, the Hadron management team will work closely to lead the company into new markets and to provide increased value to our shareholders," Geduldig added.
 Geduldig graduated from San Jose State University and has extensive management training at the graduate level.
