Gymnastic fantastic; Gymnastics.

Ben Ramage Gymnasts from across Motherwell and Wishaw achieved national success at the Scottish Acrobatic Championships.

Three groups from Dynamic Gymnastics Club won medals at the event held recently at The Peak in Stirling.

The medal winners will now go on to represent Scotland in the inter-regional finals in Southampton in May.

The medallists were: Grade 4 Pair - Emma Logan and Isla Russell - Bronze.

Grade 5 Pair - Hayley Patterson and Gemma Russell - Bronze.

Grade 5 Group - Luisa Greenhorn, Carly Curran and Neive Grant - Silver.

Suzy Miller, from Dynamic Gymnastics, praised the youngsters hard work.

She said: "All the girls train extremely hard and are dedicated to this sport.

"They a train for over 20 hours each week. The club and their coaches are very proud of the girls and very excited for the forthcoming competition down in Southampton where they will represent Scotland!"
