Guus' Turkey stuffed by US.

JOZY Altidore and Clint Dempsey scored second-half goals for the United States as they came from behind to beat Turkey 2-1 in a World Cup warm-up.

England's group opponents struggled in the first half and Turkey, coached by Guus Hiddink, took the lead when Arda Turan finished off a smart counter-attack.

The Americans made four changes at the break. Sub Robbie Findley's clever lofted pass found Landon Donovan, who slipped it across the face of the goal for Altidore to slot home on 58 minutes.

It was Donovan who played the ball through for Dempsey to fire home No2 after shaking off a challenge from Sabri Sariogulu. The US also hit a post late on.
