Gulberg Housing Society earn billion illegally through swindle practice.

Islamabad -- Gulberg Housing Society has committed huge fraud worth of billions of rupees through bogus allotment of land.

Well informed sources said that owners of Gulberg Housing Society has started to receive billions of rupees for form their members without seeking No Objection Certificate (NOC) and layout plan from Capital Development Authority (CDA). The owners of this housing society have the full support of a secret agency Intelligence Bureau (IB).

The Gulberg Housing Society had acquired the land measuring 3781 kanal at first stage and got approval of NOC from CDA, however in the connivance with the some corrupt official of civic body , the management of housing society allotted 500 additional plots from the approval despite the low memberships and earned billions of rupees illegally.

'The management of the housing society submitted an application to the CDA one year ago stating that it has purchased 26000 kanal more land for the form houses but did not submit the documentary proofs of land later on', sources added and maintained that despite this, management of housing society has started the sale the form houses without seeking NOC and layout plan.

Sources added that management of society has continued the sale of form houses measuring 2 kanal, 5 kanal, 8 kanal and 10 kanal.

Malik Faraz, Director Planning CDA told in this regard that management of housing society did not submit the revised plan to increase the number of allotment of plots and submitted only revenue papers, which is unlawful act.

He added that there is no record of land measuring 26000 kanals acquired for form houses in planning department of civic agency.
