Guinea : Seminar on Renewable Energies in the Ministry of Forests.

This seminar takes place within the framework of the Sustainable Energy for All Project, in order to promote clean energy in Equatorial Guinea. The training cycle is carried out by technicians from the Ministry of Forests and a Spanish technical consultancy, with the support of UNDP and the Global Environment Facility.

On this first day the facilitators have addressed the basic concepts, energy consumption, climate change, renewable needs and particular energy context in Equatorial Guinea and Spain.

The Secretary of State has been accompanied by the dean of the Faculty of Arts and Environment, Spanish experts international experts on climate change, civil society, NGOs and students of the Environment of the National University of Equatorial Guinea.
