Guides mark 100 yrs.

GIRL Guides celebrated their 100th anniversary at Shelley Garden Centre.

Guides and former Guides aged up to 80 manned a stand with 100 years of memorabilia and information about guiding today.

The event was organised by Kirkburton Trefoil Guild, a group for former guides in the area, and Guides' Pennine East Division, brownies and rainbows in the Kirkburton and Clayton West areas of Huddersfield.

Pennine East Division is looking for rainbows, brownies and guides. They offer activities for girls aged five to 18.

The division is also looking for leaders.
