Grubb & Ellis cites active property management division.

Joseph Swingle, vice president/director of Management Services, Grubb & Ellis Company, reported 1 million square feet of recent management assignments. The firm presently manages over 6 million square feet in New Jersey, making them among the largest property managers in the state.

Recent assignments include 10 Waterview Boulevard by T.I.A.A., a 200,000 square-foot Class A office building in Parsippany on which Grubb & Ellis has also been appointed exclusive leasing agent by T.I.A.A.; 110 Allen Road in Bernards Township, a 200,000 square-foot Class A office building on behalf of Lend Lease; Airport Park in Morristown, owned by Wellsford Commercial Properties Trust; a 100,000 square-foot office building located at Lane Road in Fairfield which is owned by Aetna; 1515 Route 10, a 287,000 square-foot facility owned by Transwestern/MONY; and the Konica Imaging headquarters building in Mahwah on behalf of T.I.A.A.
