Growing firm expands its PR team.

Newcastle pr agency Mitchell Halton Watson (MHW) has further expanded its team.

Bella Pett, 23, of Heaton, a graduate of the University of Newcastle, joins as PR assistant.

Bella supports all account handlers on a range of business-to-business and consumer accounts.

She said: "MHW has given me the opportunity to get my first foot on the ladder of a career in PR, which is what I had dreamed of."

Director Wayne Halton said: "A number of new account wins and some growth of existing client accounts created a role for an assistant to provide back-up and media assistance.

"Bella is eager to learn and progress and has quickly made herself a worthy member of our team."

MHW was set up in 2000 and clients include Dickinson Dees, EDF Energy, CITB-ConstructionSkills, Go North-East, One NorthEast, Carlton Terrace, English Heritage and Alcan.
