Group of companies offering variety of nonwovens.

In March 1983, Tescotex SRL was established and presented its viscose nonwovens on the market.

The first commercial contacts led it to gain immediate success, crowned by a contract with one of the most important European manufacturers of diapers and sanitary napkins.

Immediately afterwards, secret and commercial agreements were signed with this group and all the attention and study were directed to the research and technical adjustment of perforated nonwovens or of nonwovens with very high filtering structure and very low absorbing and dirting characteristics.

In the same period, the company established the planning and laying of two "turnkey" nonwoven plants in Venezuela for a local manufacturer of diapers, sanitary napkins and wet wipes and the introduction in the paper sector through the acquisition of a share of stocks of a middle size converter.

The first results, which sprung from the research of perforated nonwovens, allowed the establishment of two new companies: Pantex Srl and Pantex Sud Srl, which, since then, have been working with Fater SAS group (now Fater P&G Group Spa) through an exclusive relationship.

Later, in order to differentiate this kind of products from others directed to different uses or different customers, two other companies were created: Sultex Srl and Intessile Srl.

These companies started their activity manufacturing nonwovens through foam bonding and thermobonding processes with different applications: wet wipes, baby diapers, lady sanitary napkins and incontinence pads.

In 1989, matching the worldwide market demands, the companies began studying and researching air through bonded nonwovens as well as perforated polyethylene and/or modified polyethylene films.

Today the companies are proud to confirm their own philosophy of technological advancement, research and innovation through their air bonded nonwovens for top sheets and sublayer and PE perforated films.

All the companies now associated and coordinated within the holding company of the Fintex and Partners Italia Spa group have reached a very good development level and are always working and experimenting with new technologies and new products for the increasingly new requirements of the market.

This is our challenge and our future.

The constant research for solutions is aimed at the significant improvement in coversheet softness and textile aspect, as well as at the filtration and resilience needs of the inner layers of baby diapers generated through our air-through bonded nonwovens, which perfectly meet any technical and marketing requirement.

At the same time, our research has never neglected to be fully involved in a woman's increasing demand for comfort and hygiene.

Such study has led to the development of two different types of products - through the textile processing method and the plastic one - that achieve performance that satisfactorily solves feminine problems leaving women themselves with the question of the choice.

Together with the technological development, our group has never neglected to be fully concerned about the environmental issues pursuing the respect for nature and the environment.
