Ground notes.

Class A mishaps now total 17 for FY03. There have been 15 fatalities, two permanent total disabilties and one property damage mishap. In FY02 there were 21 fatalities and one permanent total disability. There have been 304 Class C mishaps of which 230 were off duty. In FY02 there were 295 Class C mishaps of which 212 were off duty. Never miss an opportunity to stress on/off-duty safety.
