Turkey Burgers</p> <pre> 1 package JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE[R] Ground Turkey 2 finely chopped green onions 1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs 1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 6 kaiser rolls, split, toasted if desired </pre> <p>Roasted Red Pepper Mayonnaise</p> <pre> 1/3 cup light mayonnaise

2 tablespoons chopped roasted red pepper 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel 1/8 teaspoon salt </pre> <p>1. In large bowl combine all turkey burger ingredients except Kaiser rolls. Mix well. Form into 6 (1/2 inch thick) patties.

2. Heat broiler. Spray broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Broil burgers 4 to 6 inches away from heat, turning once, 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until center is no longer pink. Toast buns if desired.

3. Meanwhile, in small bowl combine all mayonnaise ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate until serving time.

4. Place each turkey burger inside roll; top with mayonnaise. Serves 6.

Grilled Turkey Burgers: Heat grill to medium heat. Carefully spray grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Grill burgers, turning once, 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until center is no longer pink. Toast buns if desired.

Make Ahead Tip: Make turkey burgers as directed; wrap individually in plastic wrap. Refrigerate up to 1 day. Make roasted red pepper mayonnaise, cover and refrigerate up to 2 days.
