The buildings, which total 486,928 square feet, of bulk warehouse space, were developed and sold by IDI (Industrial Developments International), a national, full-service industrial real estate developer. IDI will continue to provide leasing and management services for the properties.

The properties are: * A 252,000-square-foot building built in 1991, located in the Itasca Industrial Park on West Thorndale Road off I-190 in Itasca, DuPage County

The building is leased to Madden Services, an offset printer and manufacturer of end-of-aisle displays for major consumer goods distributors. This location supplements Madden's network of 900 distribution depots around the country. * A 174,000-square-foot building built in 1992 in Woodcreek Business Park, located off I-55 in Bolingbrook, Will County

The building is leased to General Electric's Midwest supply division and Chicago Exhibit Productions, Inc., a national designer, builder and consultant for the trade show and exhibit industry. * A 61,000-square-foot building built in 1992 in IDI's Glen Pointe Business Park located off I-355 in Glendale Heights, DuPage County

This building is leased to Casio, Inc., the North American subsidiary of Casio Computer Ltd. (Toyko), which handles all marketing and distribution in the United States and Canada for its parent.
