Bamboo-based product line Green Innovations Ltd (OTC BB:GNIN) reported on Tuesday the election of Philip C Rundle as its new chief executive officer, with over 20 years of extensive domestic and international experience.
Previously, Rundle spent 16 years with Kimberly-Clark in various positions, including as marketing director and business unit director for South Africa and the USA; vice president of Central and Eastern Europe; and vice president of NATO Brand Development.
Prior to Kimberly-Clark, Rundle has served as CEO of Oasis Brands Inc, a tissue manufacturer based in North America.
Additionally, Bruce Harmon, former CEO of Green Innovations Inc, remains as the company's chief financial officer (CFO).
