Governor appreciates sacrifices of tribesmen for motherland.
PESHAWAR -- Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor, Sardar Mahtab Ahmad Khan appreciating the role of tribesmen for the peace in war against terrorism and said their sacrifices would always be remembered.
Talking to a representative delegation of South Waziristan tribal elders led by Habib Ullah Khan at Governor's House on Monday, the Governor said that indeed tribal people have practically proved their inborn love for the motherland.
On the occasion, the delegation apprised KP Governor of the problems and difficulties being faced by the tribal people and discussed matters pertaining to repatriation of TDPs to their homelands.
The governor assured all out efforts to redress their grievances and said government is fully aware of the problems and difficulties confronted by them.
He said that steps would be taken to ensure provision of basic infrastructure, health centers, schools, colleges, and creating employment opportunities for them besides dignified repatriation of TDPs to their native lands.
