Gov't of Spain leases space.

In a recently-completed transaction valued in excess of $5 million, the Government of Spain has leased approximately 12,500 square feet at 150 East 58th Street, reports Abrams Benisch Riker, Inc., the exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 39-story office tower.

The Spanish government, which leased the space as a result of an expansion, will occupy all of the 30th floor and part of the 31st floor on a long-term lease.

Robert L. Billingsley and David L. Hoffman, Jr. of Abrams Benisch Riker, Inc. represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Mark Weiss of Julien J. Studley, Inc. represented the Government of Spain.
