Goodrich Carbon Brakes chosen by Saudi Arabian Airlines for Boeing 777-300ER.

Provider of systems and services to aerospace businesses Goodrich Corporation (NYSE: GR) announced on Thursday that its wheels and carbon brakes have been chosen by Saudi Arabian Airlines for its fleet of 12 new Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, scheduled to be delivered in January 2012.

Goodrich said it has already equipped Saudi Arabian's existing fleet of 777-200 and 747-400 aircraft with 777-300ER carbon brake uses proprietary DURACARB carbon material, which provides exceptional brake performance and a 35% brake life advantage over competitive equipment.

Financial details were not disclosed.
