Goldstein tapped for six prime sites in Paramus marketplace.

The Goldstein Group has been appointed the leasing agent for six retail properties in the prime Paramus, New Jersey marketplace.

"Paramus commands an extremely low 4.9% vacancy rate for one of the state's most popular retail corridors," stated Chuck Lanyard, principal and director of brokerage services of The Goldstein Group. "Its proximity to Manhattan and location at the crossroads of some of New Jersey's most traveled highways, makes Paramus the ultimate destination for national and local retailers, and consumers alike."

The Goldstein Group has been appointed leasing agent for the following retail properties:

River Edge Crossings, a 62,000 s/f community center located at 1025 Main Street in River Edge, New Jersey. Currently, 40,000 s/f is available for lease. This community center is a redevelopment of the former Huffman-Koos property and offers excellent Route 4 access and visibility. Chuck Lanyard and Lew Finkelstein are leading this exclusive assignment;

Route 4 Strip Center, a new 13,124 s/f retail center located at 231 Route 4 anchored by Citibank, Sprint and PAV Digital Photo Studio. Currently, 4,276 s/f is available. Lanyard and Lew Finkelstein are leading this assignment;

The former Gateway Computer Store, a 12,483 s/f space at 469 Route 17 South. This site is located in a 21,500 s/f retail strip center in the heart of the Route 17 corridor. Lanyard and Ryan Glastein, sales associate, are leading this assignment;

Route 17 Strip Center, a 41,000 s/f retail strip center located at 184 Route 17 North. Currently, units ranging from 2,400 s/f to 9,300 s/f are available for lease. Lanyard and Glastein are leading this assignment.

Blinds to Go Center, a 24,000 s/f retail strip center located on 777 Route 17 South. Currently, 15,200 s/f is available for lease. Curtis Nassau, sales associate, and Florian Suserman, sales associate, are leading this exclusive assignment;

Sprout Brook Center, a 45,000 s/f retail center located at 556 Route 17. Currently, 2,100 s/f is available. Lew Finkelstein and Chuck Lanyard are leading this lease assignment;

Bellini Center, an 8,000 s/f retail strip center located at 175 Route 4. Currently, units ranging from 1,700 s/f to 2,400 s/f of space are available for lease.
