Goldstein Group's Point View deal.
The Goldstein Group's team of Chuck Lanyard, principal and director of brokerage services, Lew Finkelstein, vice president, and Ryan Glastein, are responsible for marketing this space.
"We have been the exclusive leasing agent for Point View Shopping Center for over a decade and are very pleased to continue this assignment with the new owner," said Chuck Lanyard. "This shopping center offers tenants an outstanding location and an excellent roster of neighboring retail tenants."
"We selected The Goldstein Group to head the leasing effort because of their knowledge of the local market and their familiarity with the property," said Jim Maurer, chief operating officer of Cofinance, Inc. co-manager of the owner. "They are a respected retail leasing brokerage firm in New Jersey and are uniquely qualified to execute our plan to lease the old Kings store to one or more quality tenants."
Point View Shopping Center, a 78,000 s/f neighborhood retail center, has 35,000 s/f of divisible space available for immediate lease. This center has convenient access to Paterson-Hamburg Turnpike. Neighboring tenants include Stop & Shop, Macy's, Burlington Coat, Marshalls, Toys R Us, Kmart and CVS.
