That's the tech treat in store for the fingertips of guests at the Burj Al Arab in Dubai after the hotel launched the devices - engraved with the hotel's iconic logo - to be offered to each visitor when checking in.
The hotel's general manager, Heinrich Morio, said the iPad could be used as a "virtual concierge" to access details of the hotel's services. He said it "epitomised" the hotel's "philosophy of staying different".
