Gold Souk has no association whatsoever with Gold Sukh Trade India.

India, Nov. 25 -- With reference to the story on 'Crore Fraud in a multilevel company Gold Sukh Trade India in Jaipur' in Rajasthan Patrika newspaper dated November 23, 2011, we would like to inform the general public at large that some person(s) is/are misusing the name of 'GOLD SOUK', owned by Aerens Goldsouk International Ltd. We, Aerens Goldsouk International Ltd have no concern of any nature whatsoever with GoldSukh Trade India Limited.

'GOLD SOUK' is a Trademark of Aerens Goldsouk International Ltd., duly registered under the Trademark Act, 1999. We, Aerens Goldsouk International Ltd., have already initiated the legal proceedings against GOLDSUKH TRADE INDIA LIMITED in the court of law not to use the Registered Trademark 'GOLD SOUK' or any visibly similar mark or phonetically similar (sound similar) mark or deceptively similar mark amounting to an infringement of Registered Trademark 'GOLD SOUK' owned by Aerens Goldsouk International Ltd.

Says Surender Gupta, Chairman, Aerens Gold Souk International Ltd: "We have already initiated the legal proceedings against Goldsukh Trade India Limited in the court of law for using our Registered Trademark 'Gold Souk' and misusing our company name and misleading the general public."
