Going wild for vintage.

INTERNATIONAL EYEWEAR has launched its new season sunglass collections and brochure. The 2012 Dakota and Ocean Blue collections feature 39 new designs all available to prescription.

Dakota captures this season's High Street trends from chic, contemporary eye shapes to wild animal prints. Dakota 8090 (pictured) is a standout model inspired by the vintage aesthetic and featuring the increasingly popular feline eye shape.

Playing homage to the 1950s, the model is available in an havana material and finished with subtle stud detailing. It is suitable for prescription lenses in a 56 eye size. Dakota offers cutting edge styles for young men and women all available to prescription.

The Ocean Blue collection features elegant models for the sophisticated progressive lens wearer. The range features Swarovski crystals, enameled details, subtle branding and high quality hand-made Italian materials.

International Eyewear has over 10 years' experience designing prescription sunglasses. The new collections are said to enable practitioners to offer a wider variety of prescription lenses and 'trade-up' dispensing options.

All the lenses are superior optical quality CR39 with 100% UV protection and fully conform to the British Standard BS EN 1836 (2005). The frames are accompanied by a unique display stand and point of sale tent cards.
