Go Wi-Fi! E300 Card ships from Socket Communications.
Socket Communications Inc (Nasdaq:SCKT), a provider of mobile productivity products, has announced the launch of its new Go Wi-Fi! E300 Card. The card is designed for use with Windows Mobile 2003 devices with SDIO Now! interface.
The new card includes Socket's intuitive graphical utility, the Wi-Fi Companion software application, which enables users to find, connect to and manage Wi-Fi networks. In addition the device is able to perform advanced features such as network ping and trace route functions and supports open, 40/64 and 128-bit WEP encryption, 802.1x authentication with EAP-TLS or PEAP.
Socket's KwikBlue Module Development Kit is one of five developer kits offered by the company for developers wishing to add connectivity or create applications for enhancing a mobile worker's productivity.
Go Wi-Fi! E300 is priced at USD89 and is available immediately.
