Glow Bench Systems International, Inc. (Pink Sheet:GLWB) announces the acquisition of Safety Media, Inc. Safety Media Inc. owns United States patent No. 5,329,716, for an illuminated bench and other media used for advertising, along with multiple pending patents representing advanced technology and new configurations to the original patent. This unique patented technology offers a new dimension in advertising.

GLOW-BENCH adds new vitality to indoor and outdoor advertising. GLOW-BENCH was originally conceived as a bus-stop style bench designed to serve as an advertising media in public areas, shopping malls, sports arenas, cinemas, and transportation venues (airports, train and bus stations).
