I hardly take vacations as I have to work every day (hotels never close). But every summer I enjoy spending time with my friends and family in Sweden.

Recently I tried Beetroot Gnocchi from Hubertus Restaurant at this really amazing hotel Rosa Alpina in Italy.

Anecdote from a flight

Many, many years ago, I flew from New York to Milan and next to me was a very pleasant old gentleman. As we chatted it turned out that he was going to attend the inauguration of a very dear friend of his who happened to be the future Pope John Paul. They knew each other from Poland. The gentleman told me a lot of interesting and fascinating stories from his life and I was all ears as I love to talk to older people about their sometimes amazing lives.

One destination I recommend

The most wonderful place I have ever been to is the Galapagos. It was a life-changing experience for me. Trains, planes or automobiles? Train, but it also depends where Latest shopping acquisition To my recent business trip to Bali, I purchased a lot of wonderful things for my gift-shop at Soneva Fushi. A place I'd love to visit I would actually love to visit Peru and it is definitely next on my list.
