Global art competition. (Arts Update).

Every four years the International Child Art Foundation (ICAF) organizes the children's Arts Olympiad, which commences with a worldwide art competition. The theme of the current competition is Me in the New Millennium. Winners from the United States and from about 100 participating countries will be selected to be the Official Participants at the Creativity & Imagination Olympics 2003 in Washington, D.C., where the winning artworks will be exhibited.

Children, ages 8 through 12, may enter the competition by submitting paintings or drawings (18" x 24") in any two-dimensional medium. Send artwork to ICAF with a completed Artwork Submission Form, which can be downloaded at www.icaf.org. If you have any questions, please call (202) 530-1000 or send an e-mail to olympiad@icaf.org.
