Global IP Solutions to list in Oslo.

Global IP Solutions (GIPS) a provider of multimedia processing solutions, announced today (24 June) that the Oslo Stock Exchange will admit the company to a listing on the Oslo Bors, trading there no later than the 1 August 2008. Prior to the application for listing, GIPS had raised USD10m in a pre-emptive rights offer. The offer was oversubscribed.
The company also announced the appointment of Emerick Woods as chief executive officer.
Woods has previously held consulting, senior management and executive positions with a number of telecomms and software companies and has degrees from Harvard Business School and Yale University.
