Global Brass and Copper Holdings Inc (NYSE:BRSS) revealed on Monday that Bill Toler takes over as executive vice president (EVP) of Strategic Planning and Development of the company and Dale Taylor as president of Olin Brass, both as of 3 April 2017.

The company also said that Olin Brass is a division of GBC Metals LLC (d/b/a Olin Brass), its largest subsidiary.

Having joined Olin Brass in 2011, Toler has over three decades of experience in financial and executive roles in the metals industry, most recently serving as president of Olin Brass. His earlier roles here included being president of its Mill Products division and VP of Finance and Information Technology.

Taylor joined Olin Corporation in 1987 in quality engineering and thereafter moved on to sales and management roles at the Olin's metals division where he rose to become Marketing director. Most recently, he served as VP of Manufacturing, accountable for all Olin Brass domestic operations and has also served as its director and then VP of Supply Chain Planning.

BRSS through its wholly-owned principal operating subsidiary, Global Brass and Copper Inc, is a value-added converter, fabricator, processor and distributor of specialised non-ferrous products in North America. Its products include different sheet, strip, foil, rod, tube and fabricated metal component products under the Olin Brass, Chase Brass and A J Oster brands, which are used in applications across diversified markets.
