Glimcher Brings Nation's Top Names in Outlet Shopping Under Single Roof At Jersey Gardens.

Glimcher Realty Trust, one of the nation's largest shopping center developers, today announced an extensive list of more than 165 retail outlets, restaurants and entertainment tenants at Jersey Gardens, its newest property and the New Jersey/New York area's first fashion and entertainment outlet mall. With more than 12 weeks remaining until its October 21 grand opening, Jersey Gardens' tenant roster represents the nation's top names in outlet shopping, brought together under a single roof.

Major retail tenants will include Neiman Marcus Last Call; Off 5th Saks Fifth Avenue Outlet; Old Navy; Marshalls; Oshman's SuperSports USA; Burlington Coat Factory; Bed, Bath & Beyond; Mikasa Factory Store; For Your Entertainment, and COHOES Fashions, which is making its regional debut at Jersey Gardens. The mall is two levels and 1.3 million square feet of gross leaseable space which will include such major restaurant and entertainment tenants as Rainforest Cafe, Johnny Rockets, Jeepers! Family Fun Center and a flagship Loews 22 screen cinema (see attachment for a complete list of Jersey Gardens tenants).

Glimcher Executive Vice President Michael Glimcher noted that extensive research with New Jersey/New York metro area consumers guided the development of Jersey Gardens from its early stages. "Jersey Gardens' retailer roster ensures that residents and visitors will find exactly what they want most - a broad selection of quality, brand-name merchandise at outlet store prices."

Glimcher to date has executed leases, leases out for signature and signed letters of intent for more than 90% of the mall.

Jersey Gardens' location in Elizabeth, New Jersey off exit 13A on the New Jersey turnpike is considered one of the top megamall sites in the country. The site is adjacent to the New Jersey turnpike and IKEA, offering exposure to an average of 180,000 cars per day as well as convenient access to all major transportation hubs in the metropolitan New Jersey/New York region. Glimcher is enhancing the convenience of Jersey Gardens' location for area residents and visitors with the construction of a $140 million flyover from the New Jersey turnpike, providing direct access into the mall and its spacious parking areas from exit 13A.
