Gladman lets offices to Meica.
Meica Process has taken a ten-year lease with a five-year break. It is a pounds 35 million turnover subsidiary of Imtech Technical Services, providing services on a wide range of water, sewage and sludge treatment projects throughout the UK. Expansion plans have prompted the company to move its West Midlands office from Wolverhampton to Burntwood Business Park.
Bruno Speed, Meica managing director, says that the office building exactly meets its current and future needs. "We were looking for a modern flexible space with room to expand and immediate access to transport links to service our UK wide business. It is important that we demonstrate, through our working environment, a highly professional commitment to our clients and staff. Newlands Court meets all of these requirements."
