Girl students clinch top positions in BA/BSc results.

PESHAWAR -- Girl students secured top position in the annual results of BA/BSc 2018 of University of Peshawar which was announced on Thursday. According to details, students of Jinnah College for women, Army Burn Hall, Abbottabad and Frontier Education Foundation have shown their mettle in outpacing boys at the annual results of BA/BSc 2018 announced by clinching all the top eight positions.

Speaking on the occasion as chief guest, Vice Chancellor University of Peshawar (UoP) Prof. Dr. Muhammad Asif Khan announced free education for all girl students in the current academic session. He also announced to have uniform academic calendar, Campus Management Solutions and uniform results from the current year.

Student of Jinnah College for Women, Manahil Amjad Gul topped the BA examinations by securing 444 marks while Bibi Muniba of Army Burn Hall, Abottabad secured second position attaining 438 marks. Sara Khan won another laurel for Jinnah College by securing third position having 437 marks.

In BSc results, Jinnah College for Women students Salma Khan and Zuhra secured overall first position by securing 501 marks each. Army Burn Hall student Urooj Bibi and FEF College for Girls, Dabgari student Kiran Zeb secured second position each by securing 478 marks while the third position holder was Aqsa Rasheed from Army Burn Hall, Abbottabad gained 473 marks.

The parents of the top position holders also thanked the administration for the ceremony and Vice chancellor announcement of free education for their daughters.

The BA/BSC results were uploaded online on the University's official website to help students at ease to know their marks in the ceremony with a single click.

At the end of the ceremony, the Vice chancellor, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Asif Khan handed over the shield to the principals of Jinnah College for Women, Army Burn Hall College and FEF College Dabgari.
