Giant Christmas card.

Birmingham artist Reuben Colley admires his work in the form of a giant Christmas card on the side of Birmingham's Town Hall.

The picture, Brindley Light, depicts a winter scene on Birmingham's Main Line canal near Brindleyplace.

A second poster-sized card, featuring a new photograph of the Birmingham Wheel taken by local photographer Craig Holmes, has also been unveiled on the Town Hall in Victoria Square.

Coun John Alden (Con Harborne), cabinet member for leisure, sport and culture, said: 'We wanted to install two giant Christmas cards on the Town Hall offering seasonal greetings from the city council and the city centre partnership.'
