Ghurki to represent Pakistan in fourth SAARC Ministerial Conference.

ISLAMABAD, July 06, 2009 (Balochistan Times) -- Federal Minister for Social Welfare and Special Education, Samina Khalid Ghurki will be going for a two-day visit to Colombo, Srilanka to represent Pakistan in the fourth SAARC Ministerial Conference on Children. The conference will be held on July 9th-10th with an aim to review and consider the earlier decisions taken from the welfare and development of children, among the member countries. A roadmap, to observe the SAARC Decade of the Rights of the Children (2001-2010), would also be chalked out in the conference. The minister will also deliver a special address to the Ministerial Conference on Children, said a statement issued here Monday.
