Bayer HealthCare's consumer care division is pleased to announce that it has introduced a new over-the-counter (OTC) medication, Bayer Migraine Formula in order to help patients suffering with devastating pain of migraine.

Contains 250mg of aspirin, 250mg of acetaminophen and 65mg of caffeine are included in the Bayer Migraine Formula, which is similar to the company's previous formulation, Excedrin Migraine.

Accompanying symptoms caused by migraine pain including nausea, phonophobia and photophobia are relieved by the triple action formula of aspirin, acetaminophen and caffeine.

Consumers have complained about the lack of OTC options tough enough to target throbbing migraine pain, added Bayer marketing director Reese Fitzpatrick.

Fitzpatrick commented, "With Bayer Migraine Formula, we can offer an effective migraine solution that consumers desperately want and need."
