Loyalty Partner Solutions announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Blue Star Infotech Ltd. (BSI).

As per the partnership, Blue Star Infotech will be the strategic development and sales partner for Loyalty Partner Solutions and will also support the company with its development teams in India, Singapore and USA.

Loyalty Partner Solutions (LPS) develops and runs a series of professional CRM and customer loyalty programmes, with the help of individually tailored IT solutions for retail and travel/transportation industries.

The multi-partner programme PAYBACK, the BahnCard programme of Deutsche Bahn (German Railways) and the frequent-flyer-system Miles&More of Lufthansa are included in the LPS's clients portfolio.

The core of LPS's service portfolio is the proprietary software solution Loyalty Management Suite (LMS), a flexible CRM software platform for the set-up and operation of customer loyalty programmes.

Increasing the functionality of the existing Loyalty Management Suite is the main of the partnership between LPS and BSIL so that other companies can use this solution as a standard product.

The integration of additional solution modules, such as campaign management, mobile & social media integration, shopping and online portal is also included in the further developments of LMS.
