German event called "best Brau" ever.
Overall, the 907 exhibitors at the Brau '92 and the 135 exhibitors at the associated Beer and Soft Drinks Exhibition reported that the trade fair was outstanding in terms of making new industry contacts. Of those exhibitors who were polled, a majority thought the number of visitors with purchasing responsibilities had grown dramatically over the past years. The fact that the exhibitors' motto was: "The Brau is the trade fair for meeting and closing sales," exemplified that view.
In addition to the exhibit floor, awards were also presented. The Bavarian Beer Medal was presented to Hans Maurer the Bavarian Minister of Food, Agriculture and Forestry, and Franz Glossner of the Glossner Brewery in Neumarkt, Germany.
Brau organizers reported that the next event, Brau '94, will take place at the Nuremberg Exhibition Center, November 10-12, 1994.
