George Siravakian.

George Siravakian has rejoined Helmsley-Spear, Inc. as a vice president, it has been announced by Charles L. McQuillan, Jr., senior vice president and head of the firm's leasing division.

Siravakian was previously at Jacobson, Goldfarb & Tanzaman in its West Orange, New Jersey, office. Prior to that he served as a vice president in Helmsley-Spear's Secaucus, New Jersey, office. Siravakian was also the manager of real estate for Litton Industries and AT&T.

Siravakan has represented numerous Fortune 500 companies including a 600,000 square-foot office lease for AT&T in New Jersey and a 155,000 square-foot industrial space lease for Chemical Bank in Long Island City. He has also represented NYNEX and the Bank of Boston in large transactions.

Siravakian, who resides in Edgewater, New Jersey, hold a B.S. degree in mathematics and an MBA. from City College of New York.
