Contract award: "disposal of main mining work - a new pit josef".

The subject of this contract is to undertake activities according to project documentation "Disposal HDD New Josef pit in Upper Benesov" compiled by Diamo state enterprise, branch GEAM Lower Ro E[degrees]nka of 05/09/2012. The subject of the disposal of the main pit mine work New Josef (HDD NJJ) due to the deteriorating state of the structure, which is closing ohlubnovE' Rolling. This unsatisfactory situation was detected during regular physical inspections of the HDD NJJ and could in the future safety of people in the area. Implementation of the project will ensure public safety and prevent dangerous situations or emergencies. Disposal of main mine workings at the mine Upper Benesov was authorized by the OBEU Brno, No. 1044/1992 dated April 27, 1992 in the scope of the approved plan of liquidation (III. Stage relief work bearing RD JesenE[degrees]k). To make this happen there and HDD NJJ was secured only with the permission of the District Mining Office in Brno dated March 3, 1992, No. 3899 / 1990-2. Manuf. The aim of the work is technical liquidation main mining works - New Josef pit backfill unpaved material, including making the closing ohlubnoveho staging and its protections. Submission of a project plan has the character of a purely security focused on public safety, ensure the health and property of people. This is the mining activities were based on a mining permit (hereinafter PHC). All necessary administrative procedures will be developed and executed by the successful tenderer at the District Mining Office for the Moravian-Silesian Region and Olomouc. Part of the administrative procedure in order to PHC will also resolve conflicts of interest and settlement relationships with property owners Contractor, with the consent Diamo sp oz GEAM. Disposal of main mine workings (HDD) is a mining activity within the meaning of the provision. A* 2. c) of the Act no. 61/1988 Coll., on mining activities, explosives and state mining administration, as amended (hereinafter referred to as ZOHC). Suppliers who will carry out the liquidation HDD apparent authority to enter private land directly from ZOHC (A*A* ZOHC 15 and 16). General treatment of potential conflicts of interest, including their solution is contained in the provisions. A* 33 of Act no. 44/1988., Protection and Utilization of Mineral Resources (the Mining Act), as amended. All work must be carried out under the supervision of the State Mining Authority with high demands on safety and health and safety. Part of the implementation work will be to monitor the level in the pit backfill and safety oversight throughout the implementation work.
