Genuine Draft ad cited with award.

Miller Brewing Co.'s Miller Genuine Draft was recently cited by Frohlinger's Marketing Report for the best advertising campaign of 1992.

The brand's "Get out of the old. Get into the cold," campaign was voted "outstanding advertising campaign of 1992" in the fifth annual marketing and media poll conducted among the publication's readers.

"We work hard to develop the best advertising in the industry because it has to support the tremendous momentum established by Miller Genuine Draft," said Richard Strup, senior vice president of marketing at Miller. "This recognition confirms our belief that our efforts are successful."

The survey identified 13 categories for outstanding accomplishment during 1992, ranging from most admired advertising executive to the top direct-mail agency. One winner was chosen in each category.
